The God Who Sees – Devotions | Proverbs 31 Ministries

Standard

Another day, another devotional that speaks straight to my heart.  Time is short.  Kids grow up fast.  If you don’t take advantage of the time you are given, you will never be able to get it back.  Some people realize that too late.  Some people never realize it.  I want my kid to know that he is worth my time and effort, and that there is no place I’d rather be than hanging out with him because I think he’s pretty awesome.

God is always reminding me that He is there.  He notices the sacrifices I am making, and is returning to me in abundance everything I think I have given up.

He SEES me.

Common moments, built one upon the other, create great lifetimes. These moments are mostly free, yet costly. Their currency? Time, energy, selflessness, dreams and yes, sleep. All create a life of loving well and building deep.
